At first I thought this guy would be cool because he let me send him two payments of $70 to purchase a bumper and front lip ($140 total). I paid him $70 on 8/12/08 and the other $70 on 8/15/08. I got a pm saying he got the money and he would ship out the bumper, cool. Well a few weeks went by and I hadn't seen the bumper or heard from him (shipping from Ohio to Georgia). I sent him an email and it took a week for him to respond and had no idea where the bumper was, which is fine and I understand that shit just happens. Well after about 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed him again and again he had no idea. Finally on 10/1/08 after asking him again where the bumper is, he lets me know that the bumper has been lost in transit and that he would refund me my money. OK, fine shit happens....it took a long time for me to get this info but fine. Well I email him on 10/13/08 asking him when he was going to send the money and he got back to me on 10/23/08 saying that he had initiated the transfer. Well I haven't received my money back to this day. So after 13 emails and three months, I'm out $140! So something needs to happen, I need my money back! |
