| Premium Member ![]() | HR Autoparts 9/22 - Hub ordered, payment sent via paypal. 9/23 - Sent a PM to see if they received payment, or shipped my order. No response. 9/28 - Posted in their advertiser special thread. Re-sent PM, still no response. http://zilvia.net/f/advertiser-speci...ases-hubs.html 9/30 - Sent a somewhat "mean" email to the email address posted on the website. http://www.hrautoparts.com/ Apparently, package shipped. ![]() 10/1 - Received a reply from HR Autoparts. They said NRG had sent them the wrong quick release, and they had to sort it out... it seemed to me that they just forgot to ship it, but that's not for me to say. They explained that they didn't respond to my PM's because they couldn't access zilvia, and I didn't get the email saying it shipped due to my spam filter. But, the email never went in my spam filter. I made sure of that. They sent me a tracking number for USPS Priority mail. When I checked, it just said USPS was expecting the package for shipping. 10/3 - Finally received it. Packaging was fine, but it took forever. Anyways, whether it was their fault or not I wouldn't do business with them again. I bought it expecting it to ship the next day, so I'd have it in a few days. It ended up taking longer. I would have rather paid more, and got one locally. But it is on my car now. So I'm happy. Last edited by awesomenick; 10-03-2008 at 07:38 PM. |
