Thumbs down Enduro Motorsports

So here is my Review of Enduro Motorpsorts:

In a nut shell they are thieves just plain and simple.

To save me typing a book.

I ordered a set of 18X9 GT-7 way back in Sep 06

Kepped in touch with the shop and never really recieved a call telling me when my wheels were in and any information on my order. I had to call everytime and check status and the only the way you can contact these liars is by AIM or Instant message because they dont answer the phone.

So around November 2007 I called asking where my wheels were and kept getting a excuse of ohh they are back ordered because of SEMA blah blah blah, and continued to get the excuse until suppossedly they recieved them off the dock in CA. Now mind you I have never seen a pic of what my wheels look like and have asked mulitple times to verify my wheels even exsisted. And in return I have still not recieved a pic of my wheels after almost 2 years of waiting, and now I have had to hire a lawyer to get my money back, as you can see from the letter sent to them by my lawyer that they have not responded to this letter nor the other two demand letters that have been sent. Also they were going to refund my money per their refund paperwork they sent me and guess what the check got lost in the mail and then returned to them and then I waited 3 or 4 months for a Wire that was neve sent to my back account and then Ravi and I agreed to have a check sent to me again and guess what it never showed up so once again use this post wisely and dont buy from those fucks ever.

I would suggest not doing any business with Enduro Motorsports and if you do be aware that you are going to get taken for all they can take.

Josh

Re: Joshua Kriner

Dear Sir or Madame:

This firm represents Joshua Kriner. Enduro Motorsports’ Reference Number is 23583E. Mr. Kriner placed an order on September 27, 2006 for Volk Racing Wheels. Payment in the amount of $2,896.11 was made by Paypal. A copy of your invoice marked “paid” is enclosed.

Delivery of the wheels was not made by Enduro Motorsports. When Mr. Kriner called on November 19, 2007 to ascertain the status of his order, he was told that the price had increased, whereupon he cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Mr. Kriner was told that to obtain the refund, he was required to complete an information “packet” which he completed and returned to the Accounting Department on or about _____November 2007_________.

No payment has been received by Mr. Kriner. Demand is hereby made that payment in full be made immediately to Mr. Kriner. If payment is not received by Friday, March 21, 2008, Mr. Kriner will file a complaint seeking return of his payment, damages, and attorney’s fees because of the stubborn and litigious approach Enduro has taken in refusing to return these funds.

Govern yourself accordingly.

Very truly yours,

MARTENSON, HASBROUCK & SIMON LLP

More and more of these shops keep popping up. It happens, have to have at least a couple good customers that you take care of so that you can stay in business. If you can find the shop that will take care of you, stick with em and never leave em, otherwise you gotta go through the whole hit and miss system again. It makes baby Jesus cry, but whatcha gonna do. I've given up bashing shops because like I said: there's always a few customers that do them good and will fight for their reputation with tooth and nail (some moreso than others).

Thumbs up Yeah well

if I can tell my story it may help others not make the same mistake as I did. That at least will make me feel better about it if I can help others not get shafted as I did.

I am currently going through a problem with enduro. my buddies and i ordered some stance coilovers from them back in september 2007. 8 months later still have not gotten anything. last month he wrote checks out to us and 2 days after we deposited our checks they were rejected and returned back to the shop. gave ravi a call and he said that the accountant made a mistake and that she would wire it to our bank accounts instead of writing the checks again. it has been 2 weeks and still havent seen anything. i went up to the bank that the check was written from (bank of america) and asked them if he even had the funds in his account for me to cash my check. and they said that his business account didnt even have $920 in it. so now im in the process of getting a lawyer and handling the situation. this is a warning out to everyone, do not do business with Enduro motorsports.

Unfortunately this happens ALL THE TIME. I used to work there and its all true.

I even talked to you on the phone Josh! I didnt realise that was you Reddeville on NCT! Remember I tried trackin your order through the computer and then calling the distributors and Ray's themselves to see if the order had been placed and none of them had any record of anything.

So I left that sh!t hole and opened up my own skilled, ETHICAL, shop. Most of his customers have become mine now, since people generally dont like gettin scammed

Oh shit, here it comes again. Why doesnt he just give up and get a real job? Now you know this guy is just EVIL to the core. Bay Area, Auto Mechanic - Sulekha coffeehouse Forums
He sort of changed the "business" name so if you google it it doesnt have all the bad rep attached with it. I think its funny how he also put he's a "Trusted mechanic" HA HA, thats is the TOTAL opposite of what that con is. Lately he's been buying thousands of dollars of parts from GruppeS and Kyokudo Performance and NorCal Autostylez and giving them bad checks. Then not answering any of their calls. Its time to call the DA for real criminal prosecution

Well now its too late for me since I already paid most of my balance on some Work meisters that I've been waiting for, for about 5 months now =[ He gave me 2 dates which were in October and told me that they should be here. Guess what?! Their NOT!!! I have been in contact with him through e mail and keeps telling me their comming their comming. I've been through this with another vendor and I can't believe I'm in this shit again.....Anyways I just need some advice and help on what I should/need to do...I have his Cell # too and he just picks it up and hangs it up....HELP!!!

Ryan, PM me all your info. Your name, address and phone number and include a brief statement of what he did. We're filing class action larceny & fraud charges against him. He'll go away for good this time.

enduro

just wanted to thank you all for posting about this guy, we were just about to do business with him on a corvette he's supposedly restoring for some poor guy.. but after reading the better business bureau complaints (I always check on the companies we do business with) and some of the MANY forum boards about him, I realized we would've had a real mess on our hands if we took the job. I told my husband to request a huge deposit just to see what the guy would say..if he went along with it so be it atleast we wouldn't be out too much. He stuttered, told him he'd be by later with it and hasn't shown up since. Thank-effin-jebus.
I didn't like him from the get go, just had a feeling that he's a shady kinda guy.
good luck to all of you, I hope if nothing else he sits in jail for a few years.

btw-theres another guy in santa rosa by the name of Suede (he changes the name of his business constantly), just as shady as this Ravi is.

hey btw I see some people on 8th civic forums are trying to figure out where his shop is even at now that he's moved again-if anyone has an account on there let them know he's at 3077 coffey lane...he's behind mark powers motor sports you have to drive into the culdasac and go way to the back and right-no signs or anything he's just tucked in the back out of view of everyone.

Devil55K PM your all your contact info and i'll add you to the Class Action. I would also advise you to call the Santa Rosa Police Department at (707)543-3600 and report him as well. A good friend of mine is the Leutenant there and he said with enough reports they will take him away

Judgement moving along

My WA small claim has just finished getting transferred as a sister state Judgement. It now resides in California and I"ll be moving forward with collections.

I AM still interested in joining any class actions against this loser, feel free to contact me directly through this board.

I was at a local Taqueria the other day and I saw this flier for the "Grand Opening" of this new shop. Just another scam, he's calling it EMS Autoworks. EMS, could that be Enduro Motor Sports? Nice try Ravi, but you're not sharp

Enduro Motorsports is now masquerading as EMS AUTOWORKS

Stay Away from EMS Autoworks as well.

DONT BE FOOLED & BE SAFE!
