So I had purchased the entire adjustable set front and back from PowerTrix (Charles) in 2005 for my S13.

I drove about 15,000 miles on the parts trouble free, then one day the front tension rod ball joints failed.

I gave Charles a quick PM explaining what had happened. He promptly called me on my cell phone and we discussed what had happened. After a short explanation about the early sets having the incorrect ball joints he said he would ship out a new set of ball joint for FREE!!!

Here is the best part... I received them the very next day after our conversation. During the install everything went smooth. I went over all the PowerTrix parts I had and they have held up very well over the years.

Now that’s great customer support right there.
