Awesome people. I purchased D2 coilovers from them for an AMAZING price. Never seen them that low anywhere! Product came in in great condition. Quick to respond and quick to ship. No hastle or anything. My only gripe was the time it took to get me the tracking number and by the time they did my coilovers already came in. I will do buisness with them again!

I orederd a kit on 18th.
m4 body kit. for a coupe
there is no m4 kit for coupe, only hatch rear bumper is different
I CALLED 50 times no answer.
no emails back.

the company they claim to have ACCT NEVER HEARD OF THEM.

Item arrived at my doorstep via overnight shipping before I even got to work (I leave around 7AM in the morning) and before I even asked for the tracking info! Item was nicely packaged as well. I will be ordering more body parts in the future. Thanks guys!

TECH Importz is the shit! Crazy fast shipping and Jason is a super good guy , always calling me to check up on the shipment!!!! Will be ordering from them from here on out on body parts and other stuff.

Dude they probally just were slammed if it was around christmas time because they didnt answer for me a few times but i kept trying back and finally got a call from Jason. Just be patient and the customer service DEFIANTLY pays off for that wait. Jason and Logan ( ASPEC) are the top sellers ive delt with on this board since 2005

got all the kits i ordered with fast shipping and they bent over backwards for me! I ordered about 5 boxes worth of kits..

These guys blew dick. I order a hood in october of 07 and never got a track#. Got it in nov and was beat to hell (ups fault). So i filled a claims and it took ups 2 months to finally send them my check. Jason i believed called me and said they recieved my check and they would pay to have my hood drop shipped to my house and it would be here 4-6 days later. Skip forward to 5/13/08, no hood no money and when i call the number Eddie@spoolupracing provided i get Tantrum Auto Salon which doesnt know shit about my money and they are just blowing me off.

these dudes ripped me off for $190 for a bumper i paid for in december 2007 and never received. i have an invoice that was sent to me through their quickbooks program (it says sent via quickbooks) and they told a friend of mine it's not on their records. they don't pick up their phone.. when they do nobody will deal with this issue and say they'll call me back, which of course they don't. fuck bryant tang and trtautotech/techimportz.

tantrum and techimportz are related or the same thing with some shady dealings. it's been almost a year but i believe i pm'ed techimportz about the part but i got a reply from trt. so you saying you got a number for techimportz but it was trt.. they're the same thing and playing dumb.
