You know I thought the same thing, but looking forever in the tubs thread, most of them do that. It won't rub though, won't even come close to rubbing lol.

Ok, running good. Getting some miles on her to break her in. Running 14psi(spring) right now and the car feels good. I like the turbo alot, boost hits hard. Should be getting to the dyno to see some numbers next week.

Yea, that's warmed up. It leans out hard at idle making it "lope" like that. I'm trying to fix it, but I don't mind that at all lol.

Moved to a new home, first house so my wife and I are really excited.

New home:

Have a leak at the timing cover, so the motor had to come back out.

Third Cosworth gasket in a year.

Just a little update, car was going to paint soon but I lost the Origin bumper on the f-ing freeway aha. Pretty much disintegrated the lower lip.

I'm trying to get to the dyno this week. Just some pics after the alignment. Coils not settled yet.
Trying some new things for the first event coming up.

-7 front camber
3/32" toe out front
8.6 caster
front control arms are extended about 1"

-1.2 rear camber
1/16" toe in rear
stock traction length

Wut? If you are to referring to 3 cosworths, I didn't want to re-use the headgasket. All that work and to have it possibly fail by not replacing it? The hell with that.

I originally blew a cometic on the stock sr, replaced with 1st Cosworth.
Blew motor, built it with a new Cosworth(2nd).
Leak at the timing cover, had to pull head off replaced with a new one(3rd).

Oh, lol ok. I didn't really get your question. Yea, Just replaced them from taking the head off. If I was blowing Through Cosworths from running it, I would have bigger problems aha.

So Took it to the dyno a couple times now, first time the car ran dangerously lean. Fixed some shotty injector wiring and headed back.

Best number we got outta it was 344hp/311tq with the clutch slipping up top at 18psi or so, seems the clutch wasn't adjusted correctly causing the tob to rest on the pressure plate.

Adjusted it, back to the dyno at some point for some numbers ahaha.

DriftCrown event#2 is Saturday at PIR, first event of the season with the new motor and set-up for me.

Took it drifting at DriftCrown on Saturday at PIR.

Then this happend:

The oil block threads broke off shooting most of the oil out. I caught in time and didn't do any damage, but damn, that was close!
Good friends with tow straps

Hooray for AAA

Proceeded to fix it earlier this week:

...and all is well again. Next drift on the 12th at PARC.

Nice setup, the intercooler seats really comfortable there.
What's overall size of it?

30.75"x11.75"x3", I had to cut some of the headlight support, the headlights are welded in that position.

The one that broke was actually stock. I was using a sandwich plate with -10 fittings to run the cooler, I have since removed the setup.

Yea the sandwich, that's what I meant. The adapter fitting is what broke in your case. Makes me think I need to get a spare in case this happens to me.
