| if your going near philly just watch out because cops like to try the "your exhaust is illegal in pa." bullshit we only have noise regulations. im already going to court for them trying to nail me with $216 in tickets for 1 brake lights and exhaust. so yea becareful and look up on the laws quick when it comes to mods. im a prime example of being f'd around every corner.
