It sometimes will effect my judgement. Typically, if I see something worthy of an infraction, I will look to see if that member has recieved any infractions yet. If they have already recieved an infraction for the same thing I am am about to hit them for, then obviously they haven't learned their lesson yet. However, this may not always be the case.

Also, if you see things that you think deserve an infraction, report it. That makes it alot easier for us to find and correct. I know for a fact that I don't read EVERY post on Zilvia.
