Halon is good stuff!!! The chemical is actually attracted to heat, which means if you have an engine fire, but cant directly reach it, Halon will still be able to "find" it and extinguish the flame. The reps at H3R even told me that I could spray it through grill openings (without opening your hood) and the Halon will still put out the fire.

Also, I believe Halon is the ONLY chemical allowed as a fire extinguisher on airplanes because it would still "seek" out the fire if you use it during sudden cabin pressure loss (where standard chemicals would just be blown away)

PLUS, Halon does not damage everything that it touches (which is common for other fire extinguishers) So you can safely spray your interior without damaging your newly recovered Louis Vuitton door panels......
