The waterline, considering you said when you tightened it, it was tight...you cross threaded the damn thing. Take it out and check for metal shavings. If its crossed, have fun rethreading the damn thing...
Timing, umm...FSM, only way to do it. Did you follow the FSM to the T when you put in the timing chain???
Clutch line...keep bleeding it, it shouldnt go to the ground unless you got the wrong TOB. Would suck if it is...cuz they you'd have to drop the tranny to fix it...
