I think we need a huge, flashing search button, for members that have been on this site less than a year.

Also, before the n00bs (join date less than 1 year) can make a new post, which is probably going to be another post asking the same things as the poster below him, it'll go straight to the search page instead of letting them make a new thread.

Basically, if we can make sure that the n00bs have actually searched for their answers, they cannot make a new thread.

I am pretty sure that with all the functions of vBulletin, something can be either hacked, or added, to make that work.
