| who puts faith in the bbb... a tard in a garage with no money can get an approved rating with them.. all you do is fill out some form, pretend you care, and call it a day.. god forbid someone has a complaint.. they just forward some paperwork to you.. you write down whatever you want... "customer is crazy.. his check bounced... " they'll side with the merchant and make you fill out the paperwork again... proving what he said wasn't true... and back and forth you go till you look like first graders in a "I know you are but what am I" fight. they have zero power to make the merchant do anything and they're paid by the merchant so 9x out of 10 they side with him. |
